so that they don't have to "grow-up" on your time. No
newly-minted MBAs on the bench. In fact, we don't even
have a bench. We have a reservoir rich with talented
experts who have anywhere from 15 to 35 years of practical
experience, and that enables us to develop solutions
that are "real world" and executable, not just textbook
concepts.
While
all our team members earned advanced degrees from B.A.
to Ph.D., prior to joining Solertis, every one of our
professionals has also rolled up their sleeves and worked
in functional roles such as engineer, warehouse manager,
inventory control, purchasing and Vice President.
