Nigel Richardson specializes in distribution/logistics
operations in the areas of engineering and change management
for consumer products companies. Included in his portfolio
of services are logistics strategy, distribution analysis
and design, customer service improvements, productivity
increases, incentives and project management.
Mr. Richardson is a results-driven consultant who has
generated over $30 million in savings through cost reductions
and improved customer service for 50 companies during
a thirty year career.
Nigel was president of a consortium with seven consultants
offering design, development and the implementation
of logistics services and practices. He built the business
into a full-scale operation working throughout the United
States and Canada. Concurrently, he managed business
planning and development, as well as financial and human
resources for the group.
He has also been a principal in Kurt Salmon Associates'
logistics practice. He worked as a senior vice president
of logistics for a wholesale company and as a vice president
of operations for a manufacturing company.
Nigel received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and
a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from
colleges in England. He has made professional presentations
and written articles for trade magazines. He sits on
local and national not-for-profit boards and recently
finished a term as President of the Federation of Alliances
Fran�aises in the United States. He is proficient in
French, German and Spanish.
